    ZOOM Details:

    • Zoom is easy and free to set up on your smart phone or PC.
    • it is suggested that you have your camera on if you have never practiced Yoga before so that I can recommend adjustments but it is NOT necessary for Meditation: (your choice)
    • You will not be recorded
    • Only the instruction may be recorded, not the participants.

    RESTORATIVE YOGA


    When Nathalie first discovered yoga in 2005, it had a huge impact on her and completely changed her life.  She had a lot of fear and anxiety to the point that she thought she was having a heart attack at 30, to discover that it was actually anxiety and stress. 

    Yoga helped her to grieve the sudden loss of her mother, be present with those emotions and bit by bit, release them over time in a supporting environment.

    With her first yoga class, she felt a shift and change within her that with continued practice TRANSFORMED her life.  She just knew that “she felt better” after class.

    Nathalie wants to share this transformative experience with YOU.

    What do we do in a class?

    not only are you guided through relaxing poses but also Energy Work, Crystal Healing and Meditation into one powerful class!

    In your class, you will use and learn

    • poses specifically chosen for their healing properties
    • meditation
    • working with crystals
    • working with energy
    • moving “prana”: life force energy
    • powerful visualizations
    • release heavy, stuck energies

    YOGA PROPS

    If you don’t have all of the “yoga props” that is ok!

    Let’s use what you already have around the house.

    If however you would like to invest in some props, please contact me and I can give you some local resources.

    Possible House props:

    1. 4 large towels
    2. 1 blanket to cover yourself
    3. couch pillows or rectangular pillows
    4. bath robe belt or tie or any belt
    5. chair, stool or couch
    6. wall to put your legs on (or chair)
    7. eye pillow, or you can use a small face towel

    Possible Yoga Props:

    1. Bolsters (1 or 2)
    2. Sturdy Blankets 3 or more
    3. 2 Blocks (but not necessary)
    4. Yoga strap (but we can get by without it)
    5. Eye Pillow
    6. couch, chair or wall within reach to put your legs on

    Extras:

    1. crystals that you like to work with.  *Starter set can be purchased from Nathalie for $5 and delivered if within Stoney Creek and Burlington Area
    2. essential oils or burner
    3. gentle music in the background that you like (but i can send you some)
